We are comprised of a multiracial, multilingual group of individuals; all dedicated to providing you, the patient, with quality care that is both thorough and expeditious. When you come into our clinic, you can expect to find a personable staff member ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding the care of your children. We offer a comfortable atmosphere in which our patients are not just patients, but they are our friends as well. Our dedicated staff of professionals is interested in getting to know you as a person, as well as your children.
Our Physicians
 

Dr. Cassandra Dickerson - Medical Director

Dr. Dickerson has been a pediatrician for over 15 years. She attended the High School for Health Professions and graduated Magna Cum Laude in Chemistry from Texas Southern University. Her medical school training was completed at UTMB Galveston Medical School where she completed her residency in Pediatrics at UT-Houston Medical School where she was chosen Best Intern. Dr. Dickerson is a board certified pediatrician. She is dedicated to children, their health and well being, and to be a voice for them. In fact this is what she knows to be her reason for being.

Dr. Dickerson is a native of Houston and lives in Sugar Land with her husband Christopher and two children, Christopher II, and Cree. In her spare time, she likes reading, dancing, and spending time with her family.

 
 

Dr. Tecoa Turner - Pediatrician

Dr. Tecoa Turner is a general pediatrician with over 10 years of experience, who recently relocated from New York. She is a former National Health Service Corps Scholar, where she served the eastern Long Island, rural northern Florida, South Bronx and Schenectady, NY communities promoting early childhood literacy as the Reach Out and Read site coordinator. Dr. Turner has also been a cultural competency educator.

Born and raised on Long Island, NY, Dr. Turner was the Valedictorian of her high school graduating class and graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with Honors. She then attended the NY College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric training at the University Hospital at Stony Brook where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident. Dr. Turner is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. When not seeing patients, she enjoys community outreach, reading, traveling and spending time with her husband, two daughters and her son.


Our Staff
Ms. Arlisha Bogan – Practice Adminstrator
Arlisha has worked in the business administration and customer service area for over 25 years. She is knowledgeable in the areas pertaining to management, customer service, billing and collections, as well as implementing effective policies and procedures. She is dedicated and committed to promote professionalism in order to increase happy, healthy kids.
 
Mrs. Karen Cajina - Medical Receptionist
Karen joined the practice as a CO-OP student for work experience. She was hired as a fulltime receptionist after graduating high school. She has played a huge part in the growth of the office over the past 6 years. She has been inspired by the nursing team to return to school for nursing.

Ms. Stephanie Deiss – LVN
Stephanie has been in nursing for 15 years she enjoys spending time with her kids and working with children. She is very involved in the community and volunteers with numerous youth leagues. She continues to service our patients with a smile and warm heart.
 
Mr. Harry Nash - Medical Billing Advisor
Mr. Nash has worked in the area of management and service for 25 years. He is dedicated to making Dickerson Pediatrics a success. He has been and will continue to be a valuable asset to the practice as he works to accomplish any task related to the practice goals.

   
Mrs. Kristi Vega – LVN.
Kristi has been nursing for 9 years. She is very patient, loving and enjoys seeing kids leaving the office with a smile on their face. She is an obvious asset to our practice as she is dedicated to making our patients and their families feel welcome and more relaxed.
